This has been a great week! We have been working like dogs and have seen many tender mercies. One experience: There is a family that we have been teaching for about 2 months and they have been progressing alright, they just haven't gone to church. We planned to have a family home evening with the Bishop. He cancelled on us, so we had to find a backup plan. My companion and I both thought of Brother Salinas. He is a really good, really calm brother. He reminds me of Mr. Rogers. He and his wife came with us and they really helped us a ton. Yesterday the brother ramirez and his son came with us to church.
This reminded me that this isn't the work of Elder Rasmussen, or of President Williamson. This is the Lord's work. He is in charge and knows His children better than we do.
All is well here in Arboledas. I really am liking this area. Time is flying by, I can't believe it.
