This week has been super fast. We have had very few lessons this week because we've been in the offices a lot and to and from Immigration. But the lessons we have had, have been super cool. I am really excited and I want to work super hard this transfer. The Ward is called Villas, and the members are really cool. It is a lot younger than the Tequis Branch. Lots of RMs and youth. Elder Jimenez is pretty cool. He is from the state of Mexico and he speaks english pretty well. In our house, Elder Frederickson and Elder May live there too. They are both from Utah. We like to talk and make jokes, so it is really fun.
All is well here in QRO, the work is moving forward. Don't have any crazy stories this week. I think it is funny that we went to the Immigration offices for an hermana here on the 20th, the day that Trump was inaugurated. There are always quite a few white people there. haha We got a few new missionaries today. They all looked nervous and like they have no clue what is going on. It's crazy to think just a little time ago I was one of them. I still am a baby in the mission, but time is flying.
I am happy that Amanda has returned home! Woohoo! It is happy and sad that she finished her mission, but I am proud of her. I love you all! I am very happy to be here in QRO. I miss home, but there's no place I'd rather be right now.
Love,
Elder Rasmussen
P.S. I don't have my camera, but I attached links so you all can see a little of my life.
